About Statements of a Queen

Shundreia Neely Kindell is a dedicated educator and leader with extensive experience in K–12 public education, curriculum development, and district-level leadership. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Tougaloo College, 1996, a Master of Public Policy and Administration in Public Policy, Mississippi State University, 1998, and a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership, University of West Georgia, 2011. She is a certified project management professional. She earned her doctoral degree in Educational Leadership at Kennesaw State 

Throughout her career, Dr. Kindell has focused on building the capacity of  leaders through high-impact professional learning, coaching, and data-informed decision-making. She has designed and facilitated large-scale professional learning programs including new teacher orientation, instructional coach academies, and leadership conferences. 

Her professional interests include educational equity, organizational change, and the intersection of leadership, race, and gender. Dr. Kindell’s work reflects a deep commitment to equity, excellence, and the development of leader capacity to positively impact organizational outcomes.
